Day 2818 | Procrastination Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm currently in a procrastination mode and I did not do too much yesterday aside from some productivity of installing a new ledger which I needed to do for quite some time. Aside from this, I didn't do too much and failed to keep my eating clean. I found a new candy store nearby which has a promotion between 15:30 and 16:30 which I'm always a sucker for so I went to get some candy which turned out to be way too much and I ate it all. I skipped on a hot yoga class and mostly was on my cauch either watching tv or playing Slay The Spire on my Steamdeck. I did beat the final character so I'm ready to move on from that game.

My ear still has a tune in it but I feel that It's getting a bit better and I'm not bothered by it that much anymore. I only did 1959 steps and am way behind on reaching 100k steps on the week.
