Day 2816 | Perfect Dog Walk & Unhealthy Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a day where I kind of allowed myself to eat all the things that I wanted before going at it again fully in April. I had the usual family day and the eather was perfect for a dog walk so we ended doing a longer walk than usually as I combined 2 of my favorite routes into 1. This added up to a good number of steps on the day and it was nice to see our 7-year old dog close to fully recovered from her operation a month back. I do feel that 3-hour walks are on the edge though.

I also had some great family time and managed to get in some good productivity in the morning / early afternoon. I did watch some tv in the evening also getting some fries which made me take way too long to get to sleep once in my bed.


This got me close to 23k steps on the day

New Day Goals: I aim to make April into a strong month with daily reps again. On Wednesday I want to play an hour of tennis, eat healthy, do some reps, join a hot yoga class, get in some productivity, drink plenty of water and take my supplements.
