Day 2813 | Lunchbreak Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was a day where I didn't really do all that much aside from joining a hot yoga class during lunchtime and getting in 10k steps. This puts me way behind on my goal for the week at around 33k steps that I have to do on Sunday to make it 3 weeks in a row over 100k steps. I doubt that I will get in 5 hours of walking on Sunday but I might give it a go.

I stuck (mostly) to healthy eating options but I did eat a bit too much. Aside from that I spend most of my day on my couch. I'm currently at 15 joined hot yoga classes with 12 days to go on my subscrition and I kind of want to make it 26 on the month so I paid an even 5€ for each class. The idea also as a way to prepare for my thailand trip is to also start running in the morning and do some daily reps again.
