Day 2809 | Back To Swimming, Dog Walk & Cinema

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was an active fun, healthy eating, & Social day as I first went to go swimming again where I turned out to do an enjoyable 1.6km in abour 1 Hour time, I afterwards went to my parents place, spend some time with my mom while eating some tempeh. After that with the weather very nice, I went on a long 2 Hour+ Walk with our dog. This got me just shy of 20k steps on the day. I do feel that these walks are about the longest I can do after her operation and the fact that she is 7+ years old already. Near the end of the walk when having to go up some steps on a small bridge it doesn't go that easy anymore and I let her out in our garden afterward where here overall running pace was not too high.

Once done, I ate some soup and spend some time with my sister and my youngest niece before driving to a friend to pick him up to go see the Project Hail Mary movie which was ok but at the same time also did not blow me away.

Once back home, I watched a bit of tv before going to bed after a very satisfying day. The fact that I kept my eating mostly healthy and somewhat limited also helped me to lose some more weight combined with the solid activity.

New Day Goals: I was going to join a morning hot yoga class directly followed by an hour of tennis but I'm skipping on the yoga since it might be a bit too much as I can't do an afternoon nap since my downstairs neighbours are coming to eat and I will make a vegetable curry with rice.
