Day 2806 | Hot Yoga & Fantastic City Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was a pretty good day as I started out with another Hot Yoga class followed by what turned out to be a long and fantstastic city walk. I rarely go out on Saturday as there is always football. This week though, all matches are played on Sunday. The weather was really great not to hot or too cold and the city was really alive with tons of tourists but also not too much. I kind of walked it as I was a tourist and actually for the first time entered some of the churches even though I have been living in Ghent for over a decade. That got me to over 20k steps and a newly found appreciation for the city where I live in. I had a nap afterward and a bit of productivity in the evening while keeping my eating healthy. The only downside is that I still haven't gotten rid of the tune in my ear which slightly has me worried.

I also had a great night sleep with multiple dreams.

New Day Goals: I will join a morning hot yoga class and I need to do around 20k steps on the day to reach my 100k weekly goal for a 2nd time in a row. Aside from this my focus will be on the 8 football matches who are played all at the same time in the early evening.
