Day 2798 | Lunchbreak Hot Yoga & Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday went more or less as planned with a lunchbreak hot yoga class which continued my streak now of 5 consecutive classes. It was also the first time where I see a small improvement in my skin as I take a picture each day to compare the progress for myself. I went home afterward for some family time and went on a short walk with out dog of just over an hour. In the evening I went home and passed by the supermarket to pick up some chicken wings which were the first kind of crack into the healthy eating pattern. So I need to watch out for that going forward. I watched the football match which didn't fully play out as I wanted but ended with a limited loss overall. I also watched the voice before going to bed but I'm having an issue with my ear this last week where I'm having a beep which makes it hard to enjoy watching tv. I will see to make a doctors appointment somewhere in the coming week.

I ended the day with a solid 15736 steps
