Day 2797 | 27k Steps & 90-Minute Hot Yoga Class

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday turned out to be a very active day already going for a walk fairly early before 11:00 meeting up with a friend to walk the 5km Bourgoyen route. That along with the walk to it and back already got me passed 20K steps on the day. I took a nap once I got back home and ate something to join a 90-Minute Hot Yoga class in the early evening followed by watching the evening football match which wasn't too exciting. Before going to bed I watched 2 shows on tv that I have been enjoying getting in just before 01:00 after an active day of 27k steps.

So I'm sticking to the plan so far in the hope to clear my skin in the coming weeks which hasn't happened yet and also isn't showing that much progress unfortubately. I did start applying some steroid cream that I have left on just one arm to monitor the difference.

New Day Goals: I will continue my hot yoga streak with a 5th class in 5 days and afterward make it an extra family day also going for a walk with our dog if it doesn't rain too much.
