Day 2796 | Tennis & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was another good active healthy eating day which started with an fun hour of 1-on-1 tennis and a drink (water) afterward. I stopped by the supermarket on my way back home to have some kitchen time and make fresh food after taking a nap and getting ready for a 3rd hot yoga class in 3 days. I extended my walk a bit afterward to get in some more steps which puts me halfway the 100k steps that I aim for this week already after 3 days. In the evening I watched the Champions League match and some tv afterward before going to bed ending the day with plenty of activity and 9657 steps.

The only thing I skipped on was doing some reps as I don't want to burn myself. While I have been doing everything right, my skin hasn't improved yet after 3 days which usually is the case when I apply the steroid cream so that's a bit frustrating and just from the convenience point of view I might get some if by next week there is no real sign of improvement. I do think my skin eventually will get better without cream but it might take a lot longer that I hoped for.

New Day Goals: I plan to go for an mid-day walk along with a yoga friend, followed by some rest or productivity depending how I feel like and another Hot Yoga session followed by watching the evening football match.

I had a dip for a couple of weeks where I kind of let myself go, but I'm back on a mission now and things are going quite ok so far. Thanks for stopping by!
