Day 2795 | Long Dog Walk & Yin Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a great day and I'm on a real mission at the moment to clear my skin without using any steroid cream. While the skin improvement so far after 2 days is minimal, I know I have to be a bit more patient compared to when I apply the cream. I started out with a healthy smoothie before going home to go on a dog walk which I extended to get in some extra steps. The weather was perfect even though it ended with a little bit of rain. The good things about that was that there was also a rainbow in the sky which is always so nice to see.

I do feel that the extra-long walks I did in the past of 3+ hours by now are too long for our dog who has become a bit less active since having her operation last month, but it still feels like 2+ Hours is doable. I continued to eat healthy during the day while drinking a lof of water and had some family time spending it with my sister and my nieces. Around 18:40, I drove my oldest niece back to her room in Ghent where I also live and managed to join an evening hot absolute Yin Yoga class which I aim to join more on Tuesdays. I watched some tv afterwards having done over 24k steps on the day while drinking 4.1 Liter of water before going to bed.
