Day 2794 | Clean Eating, Walk & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm taking on a challenge this week to go all out and where I try to clear a psoriasis flare without using any Steroid cream. So on monday I started really strong with a walk as my week goal is to reach 100k steps. I also stuck to healthy eating with a smoothie and some emdamame beans before joining a hot yoga class drinking a total of 3.6 Liter of water on the day. So far, this hasn't resulted in my skin improving but I will give at a full week like this before making any conclusions.
