Day 2792 | Football Watching Saturday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


It was a pretty regular Saturday where I woke up, prepared for the upcoming football matches, went for a walk to the supermarket to get some food to afterward watch all 3 games. I kept my eating fairly healthy but I did eat too much on the day. Overall things went well and after watching some tv and taking a bath I went to bed.

I have yet to restart doing daily reps but will likely keep that for Monday where I also plan to join the hot yoga classes yet as those are key to clearing my skin again hopefully this time without steroid creams.
