Day 2788 | Family Day & Dog Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty classic family day driving home after some initial productivity. I spend some time with my mom first before going for quite a long walk of 2 hours with our dog. The weather was really great and I enjoyed that. I had some time afterward with my youngest niece and in the evening on my drive back with my oldest niece. In the evening I ended up watching some tv and I broke my streak of doing reps as I had some lower back pain I think from it. Tuesday got me over 14k steps in total.
