Day 2776 | Late Night Tv Binge

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was another procrastination day allowing myself to stay in full comfort dopamine mode even though I did not exagerrate on my eating. I also had a bit of productivity getting ready for the weekend by updating my excel stats sheet and did ok on the evening football match. The rest of the day (and part of the night) though, I spent in front of my tv (watching a movie in the late afternoon & a ton of tv shows in the evening), on my ipad (playing balatro where I'm just 1 game away from completing everything at gold level), and on my laptop watching some youtube. The thing is though that I still enjoyed the day for what it was.

I did do my daily reps again but am reluctant to increase them by much as right now it feels very doable even on days where I don't feel like it.

New Day Goals: I hope to complete the Balatro game today being done with it for a while as it's too addictive. I likely will go out for some fries (one last time) and skip on a hot yoga class while having my focus on the evening football match and finding some new goal to set and get on board the healthy train again.
