Day 2775 | Tennis & Binge Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a mixed day as I was quite active with an hour of tennis while once again doing my daily reps. However, my mindset is still stuck in the one last day of eating unhealthy mindset so I kind of let myself go eating way too much and way too unhealthy all with the intentions to start in Thursday. I also got a fresh hearcut and skipped on an evening hot yoga class as I needed to be in time for the line-ups for the evening football match which had me make some profit. In the evening I watched last years 28 Years Later movie while on the side continuing on my quest to beat all balatro decks on gold level.

New Day Goals: I plan to have a slow Thursday mostly aiming to get my food intake healthy and limited sticking to some soup. There is an early football match and I aim to update my excel stats sheet. I will also once again do my daily reps and try to add a bit to them.

Maybe the weight loss of the haircut did compensate the binge-eating.

Honestly, the weight gain so far has been very limited since I'm coming from 73kg a couple months ago. I really need to get my act together again though, as right now I'm just fully living on short term dopamine impulese (staying up late, sleeping ling, unhealthy eating, binge watching, gaming, gambling (still wisely controlled), limited work-outs, which never ends good. For some reason it always has to be one extreme or the other and only when I actually start feeling bad I'm able to make the switch again.
