Day 2774 | Short Dog Walk & Making Soup

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a good Family Day where I skipped on going for a swim but instead had some productivity and also did my dishes before heading to my parents. I stopped by the Supermarket to get some veggies as I was going to make soup for the family which I did once I got home. It's the kind of Minestrone soup which has everything in at as bits so it feels like you are actually eating instead of drinking. I have 8 portions also to take home to my appartment that provide me healthy food for the week to come.

After his operation last week, our dog already was doing better and I set out to take a short initial walk with her which went fine. If anything she went from super active ADHD style to a lot more calm now which is kind of convenient and she is recovering well.

In the early evening we ended up all eating together which was plenty of fun, I drove my oldest niece to he student room and once I got back to my appartment I watched a good movie before going to bed.

I also continued to do my daily reps which are at the moment enough to do something and to feel progression (especially in the incline bench presses) but not too much that they are a hassle or task to get done. I al looking to increase them a bit more going forward.

New Day Goals: I will plan an hour ot tennis, get a haircut in the afternoon and maybe join a hot yoga class. Yesterday the idea was to get fries for a last time in the evening before switchig my focus to getting my skin cleared again as my eating habits ruined it again. I was full though so I might get them today as a final unhealthy meal.

Glad to see that your dog has a short walk...Our pets really need walk, too, just like us humans, a form of exercise.
