Day 2758 | Getting Back Into It

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


After slacking for a couple of days, I'm now trying to get back in the good flow and I did quite well on Monday even though the temptation certainly was there. I had a bit of productivity during the day and limited my eating mostly to some peanuts and some endamame beans. I also joined a hot yoga class which was my 7th in 13 days and did some daily reps. In the evening though I could not resist getting some candy and I would have gone to get a pizza if it wasn't for the price that went up from 6€ to 8€ even though that arguably is still cheap.

I also went to bed quite early while having a football podcast on.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 66.4 / 65.8 / 65.6 / 66.2 / 66.2 / 67.0 / 66.5 / 67.0 / 67.3 / 66.5 kg (664.5/ 10 = 66.45kg)

New Day Goals: I once again will go for a swim and if there isn't too much rain I will go for a dog walk while also doing some reps again on the day. I will try to keep my eating clean as well.
