Day 2741 | Afternoon Walk

Friday was a pretty slow day (again) but not a bad one as I keep being on track when it comes down to my main goal to mostly avoid processed foods to keep my skin cleared without the need to put on any steroid cream. That so far is working but it's also about as far as I get. I did take an afternoon walk to do some groceries near the side of the city, I took an nap and also updated my excel sheet with football statistics. The match in the evening didn't fully go my way but I'm still hopefull for the weekend matches to come.
So overall an average day where I mostly kept my eating clean but also ate a bit too much in total.
