Day 2740 | Finding Balance

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


For a couple months now, I feel I finally found a good balance where I'm able to maintain a sustatainable workout routine without it getting bored while I also manage to keep my eating and my skin clean. This to the point where I'm wondering if I might also move on from this daily Hive blog that I have been making for 7+ years now.

Thursday was not much special as I mostly spend it in my car and in the waiting room as I drove my mom to get here eye surgery. I initially aimed for something of a fasting day but I ended up eating normal in the end. There was a football match in the evening I did well on but it was too late for me to continue the january Movie marathon month where I catch up on everything that was good in 2025.

New Day Goals: I don't really have many plans yet for Friday and might go for a city walk. I do aim to fully get ready for the upcoming football weekend and once again keep my eating as clean as possible.

Thanks, if I don't though I have a tendency to totally let myself go. Right now for a while I have been quite a good streak and I aim to keep it up this time around. Usually at some point it goes south, but the fact that I'm having this daily blog helps to always keep the damage limited during those times.
