Day 2727 | First Hot Yoga Class of the Year

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was another slow day where I joined my first hot yoga class of the new year and that was about it. It was a lunchbreak class of only 60 minutes. Right after I got back, I finished watching a movie that I started the evening before but could not stay awake at. I also ate some more leftovers, had a nap, played some balatro and by the evening went to the supermarket to get come candy as I was about to watch a 3-Hour comedy show which I did before going to bed again.

So 2026 hasn't really gotten started yet. My skin however is still ok and I'm going into the last days of my yearly yoga Subscription. I anticipate to join 3 more classes and might switch to a monthly subscription afterward.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 69.2 / 68.8 / 69.0 / 68.8 / 68.4 / 67.8 / 67.9 / 68.7 / 68.0 / 68.3kg (684.9 / 10 = 68.49kg)

New Day Goals: I'm having a photoshoot today along with some friends as we booked a photographer to shoot some dating profile pictures. Once I have that, I plan to rejoin some of the dating apps and see where that takes me.
