Day 2722 | Good Eating Day & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I managed to limit my damage from Saturday and make Sunday into good eating day while I also joined another Hot Yoga Class. In the evening I also started to prepare for Wednesday evening when some friends will come over in the evening and I will take care of the food & some entertainment. I have my work cut out for me as there are quite some things that I aim to make while I still want to follow my regular routine keeping up some productivity, joining a couple more yoga classes and playing Tennis on Wedensday while making Tuesday partially a family day.

So it will be a matter of planning and time management in the coming days.
