Day 2711 | The Good Streak Continues !

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I continue to stay motivated to keep my skin cleared which so far is succeeding. I had another good day on Thursday which kind of flew by as I started out playing a fun hour of tennis followed by a drink with my tennis friends which lasted until 14:15. This didn't leave me much time in the afternoon and I passed by the supermarket to get some food to test out what I am going to make on ney years eve to get in some healthy enough food. I tried to take a small nap afterward but quickly needed to move as I wanted to join a hot yoga class which I did. Once back in my appartment I mainly just watched some tv before going to bed.
