Day 2708 | Skin Management

As someone who sufferd from Psoriasis since for a couple decades now, my skin and trying to keep it cleared is one of those constant things on my mind. Basically when I eat unhealthy processed foods a bit too much, it feels like the toxins are always just coming out through my skin at times causing very heavy red flares pretty much all over my body (See Picture below from the past).

It's one of those things that I have always used to put my life on hold as I know I can get it cleared but it usually only lasts a couple of weeks as when I start to eat a bit more what I want, there is no instant reaction but a week after it all comes back followed by a period where I kind of let myself go as my skin is already bad anyway.
This is now the first time where I'm able to keep my skin good for somewhat a longer period of time of 3+ weeks and I'm focused on keeping it that way. The only real thing I need to do is to stay away from processed foods and join a couple hot yoga classes each week. I still allow myself to eat rather big portions and the next step is to lower those a bit to get my weight down a bit quicker.
So the motivation is high right now to keep my skin cleared and see where eating healthy takes it going forward.
Sunday wasn't the water fasting that I aimed for but I did do some intermittent fasting just eating everything for the day within a couple hours. I did also put all of the weight I have 46.7kg onto my bench press and will start doing more reps each day from here on out.
