Day 2707 | Football & Healthy Overeating

Saturday was one of those days where I managed to keep an 'off-day' very much within certain boundaries. I skipped on a lunchbreak hot yoga class and allowed myself to eat as much as I wanted with the limitations that it needed to be healthy, so nothing processed. My main focus remained on the football matches and I pretty much ate stuff all throughout the day with an eye on making Sunday into a fasting day.
To my surprise, I continued to drop some weight which shows that what you eat is more important to how much. My skin also stayed cleared for now which remains one of my top priorities.
