Day 2701 | Sunday Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was a prety regular weekend day with 4 footbell matches to watch. I once again managed to keep my eating clean enough and my skin continues to hold up so I'm right on track in that regard. In the evening I did go out for a walk into the city to see there was already a christmas market going with quite some people attending it. I watched a couple tv shows before going to bed and I also loaded some more roms onto my Steamdeck which all are working properly.

New Day Goals: I might go for a walk to get new headphones in the early afternoon, have some productivity after and join a hot yoga class while keeping my eating once again healthy and this time also limited.

I like the rice waffle and peanut butter from your food diary. They provide carbohydrates, protein, and essential nutrients.
Also, peanut butter is one of my favorites.😁

The main thing here is that it's one of those things that is just very convenient to eat without the need for any time and it actually fills me up. Most things that have those properties usually aren't the most healthy things. I should be making some hummus again on a regular basis which is a good alternative.
