Day 2699 | 1.1km Swim & Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was a pretty active day even though I didn't really feel like it. I went for another visit to the swimming pool upping the laps by 2 doing 1.1km in total. The plan is to keep exanding this. Once at my parents place I spend some time with my mom and also the steamdeck that I ordered arrived. The weather was a bit cold at the start to go for a dog walk but after 30 minutes or so I really warmed up and extended the walk to get to 16k+ Steps on the day. This made it another day with good activity.

We did eat together in the evening and once back in my appartment there was a football match which never really had my focus as I was busy with other things and trying to get emudeck running on my steamdeck which I kind of put off until a later day as it didn't instantly work and I'm still getting used to the machine.

So overall a pretty good day.
