Day 2698 | Another Hot Yoga Class

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm quite high on motivation right now with the 2 main goals of maintaining my cleared skin for an extended period of time instead of getting tempted by bad foods at a time when it's clear which only starts to have a negative effect later on which makes me somehow think I can get away with keeping the bad food choices going as there is no instant feedback. The other one is to get my weight down more again to a level where I want it to be ideally around 64kg or even a bit less.

So I joined another hot yoga class on thursday which works quite well with the evening football matches which start around the time when I'm back in my appartment. It also gets me in some steps on the day.

I did spend some kitchen time on Thursday and managed to keep my eating clean even though I need to start keeping the portions smaller.
