Day 2696 | Tuesday Swim & Dog Walk

Tuesday was a pretty active day as for the first time since long I went back to the swimming pool which was quite enjoyable doing just 1km in total. I do plan to make this into a weekly habit possibly even twice a week on Tuesday and Friday but I will see how it goes. I also went on a dog walk while the weather was excellent getting in over 18k steps on the day. When it came down to my food intake, I managed to keep it all clean but failed to keep the portions small and ate too much which put my weight back just avove 70kg. In the evening, the betting action on the 2 cup matches also didn't really go my way, and I picked up some discomfort in my right knee which I hope doesn't turn into a real injury. So it certainly was not a perfect day.

New Day Goals: I will plan my usual hour of tennis, likely stay for a drink after, have some poductivity in the afternoon and at least consider going to join a hot yoga class before the evening football matches. All while trying to keep my food intake limited for the day.
