Day 2695 | Monday Hot Yoga & Dropping Under 70Kg Again!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

It was a pretty ok first day of the new month where I had some productivity during the day, limited myself to eating some canned beans and an apple before joining a strong Hot Yoga class were I now fully feel that I'm back. In the evening, I watched some tv and ate some more but kept it healthy which got me back below 70kg right now on my daily morning weigh in.

So overall things are pretty good and I'm looking to make it into a strong December month.

Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 71.4 / 71.3 / 71.2 / 71.0 / 70.3 / 70.0 / 70.3 / 70.3 / 70.3 / 69.9 kg (706.0 / 10 = 70.60kg)

New Day Goals: The goal on Tuesday is to get up earlier, have a bit of productivity to go for a swim for the first time again since long, head to my parents place and if the weather allows it go for a (long) walk with our dog. In the evening there are a couple football matches and I probably will get to bed soon after.

Thanks, I hope to this month already get below 68kg as the 70kg I see as my upper limit really I never wanted to get above again. Food remains an eternal battle though.
