Day 2687 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday similar to Saturday had all my focus on the football matches and I neglected eating healthy or doing any kind of work out. It's the start of a new week and time for some new goals to get back on track after slacking now for way too long. I'm not going to make things complicated and just set a couple simple goals to reach in the coming 7 days...

  • Joinig 3 or More Hot Yoga Classes
  • Do Some Daily Reps
  • Get Below 70kg
