Day 2662 | Tennis & Procrastination

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday as always was my weekly tennis day which is always plenty of fun and it also never really feels like I'm purposly working out while it does certainly burn some calories and helps my overall fitness. Aside from this, it pretty much turned into another rather aimless day where I mainly procrastinated spending too much time on my couch. I did follow the evening cup matches but wasn't really able to get much going there.

I also didn't eat clean on Wednesday with some leftovers from Tuesday along with some sandwishes, some nachos & a bit of candy. The start of a new month is close and I aim to take that as a new starting point mainly to get back to hot yoga classes joining as many as I'm able to.
