Day 2660 | Healthy Food & Couch Day

Monday wasn't my most active day spending a ton of time on my coach first playing some more Red Dead Redemption 2 where I'm only 12% into the main story, and afterwards watching some youtube on my laptop and watching tv in the evening. However, I did manage to stay away from unhealthy foods whcich at least is worth something and I also took a short walk to the supermarket which got me in some steps on the day.
My weight is on track to getting below 70kg especially if I can implement a fasting day this week. October is nearly over, and it didn't turn in the month I hoped it would have but I'm looking to end it in moderation setting myself up for a strong November.
