Day 2622 | Leg Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday ended up as a pretty good day where I didn't manage to do a fasting day but I did keep my eating fully clean. I also once again did my 100 bench presses setting a bit of a streak there and I also made it into somewhat of a leg day. As part of my regular walk, there is somewhat of a mountain with a look-out post on the top. In the past, I always wanted to go there just to get a workout walking it up and down multiple times which is what I did on Thursday. Basically I climbed it 4 times which got me sweating a bit. I did feel it in my legs but I also didn't want to push it seeing it more as a learning experience. The worst thing I can do is just totally break them so the day after I can barely walk.

It turns out I could have done a bit more which I now know for the next time. It did get me at over 14k steps on the day though.
