Day 2621 | Tennis, Afternoon Walk, & Bench Presses

Wednesday was a fairly active day with my usual hour of tennis, followed by my daily 100 Bench presses which I now after upping the weight a bit split into 5x20 reps. I also went on a walk doing a total of 11352 Steps on the day.
At the same time I wasn't able to eat clean which remains my biggest challenge that I have to tackle some day as you simply can't outrun a bad diet. I'm still working toward October 10th where I will go on a hiking trip to the Mullerthal trail. The goal is to have my weight down again at that point so I will need to start getting in action. 3+ weeks should be more than enough if I pull through and just do everything right during that period which is the ambition.
