Day 2615 | Planning To Do The Müllerthal Trail

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


One thing that I have been wanting to do for years now is to actually make for the weeks and weekends when there is an international break. That is exactly what I did now for upcoming 10-12 October as I will be doing the famous Müllerthal Trail (or at least parts of it) along with 2 friends. We rented an AirBNB and made arrangements to go there which should be plenty of fun and I'm highly looking forward to this Hive and discovering the beauty of it. Aside from this I also got tickets some time back for comedy/lecture for the next break. While the aim is to find a date to take to it, I have plenty of other options to take friends.

This said, Friday now marks 4 weeks before I will be doing the Müllerthal Trial and an excellent oportunity to fully go for it and get as fit as I can be (even though I doubt it will really be needed)

September Activity Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.7 / 70.5 / 71.0 / 71.0 / 71.3 / 71.5 / 71.0 / 70.7 / 71.2 / 72.0kg (710.9 / 7 = 71.09kg)
