Day 2607 | Tennis & More Tennis

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was the start of our 2025-2026 Tennis court subscription which again was plenty of fun but also really showed me that I need to work on my endurance a bit. What followed was a fairly lazy Wednesday spent in my couch wating fror the US Open tennis to start which I watched very late into the night. There are a couple of days of this to go and some matches I really want to watch. This screws up my entire sleep schedule so I will have to fix that again next week. I also didn't fully manage to eat clean on the day and skipped on my daily reps and walk.
