Day 2606 | Family Tuesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Everything is kind of going back to normal and Tuesday was the usual family day. Things might change though in the near future as my oldest niece is going to university in october and she no longer is able to make it on Tuesday as she has classes late. So I will see how this changes my weekly routine and try to find something new that works.

I did get some productivity in the morning, I went to the eye doctor with my mom in the afternoon which took a bit longer than expected so I could not go on my usual long dog walk. I did leave her out running in the garden instead though.I still managed to do 8k+ steps on the day and I managed to keep my eating clean enough.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.8 / 71.3 / 71.0 / 70.8 / 71.5 /70.7 / 70.5 kg (497.1 / 7 = 71.00kg)

New Day Goals: Wednesday marks the new start of our Tennis subscription so each week I will have an hour of tennis activity and some social time also.
