Day 2605 | Daily Walk & Reps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was the first day of the new month and it was a pretty good one as I managed to keep my discipline even though I skipped on joining a hot yoga class. I started out by doing some reps and going on a walk of just over an hour, had a bit of productivity afterward before taking an afternoon nap catching onto some sleep. I also managed to eat healthy even though I had quite large portions first eating a smoothie and afterward making some Chick peas with cherry tomatoes and tuna. I also ended up eating 3 apples. In the evening I mainly watched tv and some of the US Open before going to bed and have a great night sleep.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.3 /70.8 / 71.3 / 71.0 / 70.8 / 71.5 /70.7 kg (496.8 / 7 = 70.97kg)
