Day 2596 | More Procrastination

I continue to be pretty much in full procrastination mode with very little overall drive and no real way to turn it around. So I mainly try to limit the damage which is what I did on Friday. I didn't eat healthy but also didn't go extremely bad. I wan't too productive but also didn't do nothing at all. So this is pretty much what I need to do it with right now trying to get myself to a point where I'm in a solid routine again. I do have my focus on both crypto and betting which is both going ok so at least that is something. I also am on track to reach my steps goal. My shoulders after taking 2 days rest also seem to be fine again more or less.
