Wednesday was a pretty good day as I made it into a family day after some initial productivity. I also did my 100 Bench Presses again and really feel it in my arms even though the weight is still neglectable. The fact that I did them pretty much in 1 go again does have an impact. Once at my parents place, I first spend time with my mother, afterwards some quality time with my youngest niece before going on an enjoyable dog walk doing our normal ~2 Hour Tour.
