Day 2591 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm in the process of trying to turn things around again after I let myself go again for some time so this is another attempt at setting some weekly goals to hit to make it happen. This coming week I aim to

  • Eat healthy only
  • Drink 2+ Liter of Water Daily
  • Take My Supplements (D3 & omaga 3)
  • Join 3 Hot Yoga Classes
  • Start lifting some weights
  • Do 70k Steps in total
  • Start getting up earlier

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 69.5kg / 69.8 / 70.0 / 69.8 / 70.5 / 71.1 / 71.1 kg (489.8 / 7 = 69.97kg)
