Day 2579 | Dog Walk & Evening Walk (23k+ Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a good day where I got in plenty of steps first going on a hour-long dog walk. In the early evening I met up with a friend and we did a 2-hour walk which was also injoyable. In total this got me to over 23k Steps.

I'm not fully getting my food intake right yet but at least I'm on track for my weekly steps count.
