Day 2575 | Hello August!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


It's time to leave July behind me and move onto August trying to pick up a more healthy lifestyle and routine again. I'm back at 70kg now after first going from 73 to 67.5 in the month of June where I had plenty of time while the football season was on hold. Right now it's much more a challenge to find time so I will have to do with a good enough routine.

Friday somewhat started the month with Day 0 where I started out good and also went to get a haircut but ended quite badly giving into some eating urges.
