Day 2568 | Good Focus, Poor Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was the start of the new regular season in the belgian league and if anything I'm having a really good focus which will be needed this year to make some more profit again. However, everything else is kind of lacking and I'm still not eating properly and also skipped on the hot yoga class. I'm probably going to push that all back until Monday while trying to keep the damage limited.
