Day 2566 | Poor Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I didn't really have a plan going into Wednesday which was a bad idea as it turned out in somewhat of a non-day with no real productivity, some aimless grinding, poor eating, no real activity, while watching a mediocre movie in the evening I expected more of having a hard time to get to sleep.

So yeah, I would day onwards and better from here on out.

I ate bread with minced meat, some soda, chicken balls, some doritos, whipped cream with sugar, and some rice noodles late in the evening.
