Day 2551 | The 'One More Day' Trap

While Tuesday was a quite enjoyable day following the tennis matches, I'm also once again falling in the same trap of procrastinating 1 more day eating quite poorly which is taking away my progress and puts me at risk of habving to start over again with my skin as it tends to be very sensitive to bad foods. Right now it's still somewhat ok, but at the same time it tends to be a delayed reaction so the damage might already be done. So I'm taking Wednesday as the day to cut out all unhealthy food again not pushing it back any longer.
I did skip on an evening hot yoga class as the tennis was still ongoing and was also too late (and too lazy to join the Wednesday morning class. So I will try to make it this evening but at the same time will put most importance on healthy eating.
