Day 2530 | Outdoor Swim & 3-Hour Dog Walk!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was an active Family day starting out with some productivity and a drive home stopping by the swimming pool. Only the outdoor pool will be open from here on out which gives a way more vacation feeling and is just less suited to swim laps so I only did around 1km but it was enjoyable. So the weekly swims are almost over also because during the vacation, the pool likely will be full of kids. .

Once I got to my parents place, I had some time with my mom while eating something and with hot weather I had a really good indoor nap with an eye to go for a dog walk trying a new route in the evening when things cooled down. This is exactly what I did leaving round 20:00 with Wikiloc and the new route. I knew that a part of the route was restricted due to 'breeding season' but I kind of ignored that and plowed mysel and our dog through some bushes to cross that section which only was a couple 100 Meter. This was at the start of the walk and what followed was just a really awesome route in nature with a couple of houses here and there. In total it took around 3-hours at a good walking pace ending with part of the route that I usually take.

I want to say that from here on out this will be my new go-to walk but at 3-hours, it might just be a bit on the long-end to do it weekly. I ended the day at a solid 24k+ Steps this way.

After the walk, I had some more time with my mom and eventually drove home to be in bed after 01:20 having a good night sleep after a satisfying day.

Daily Food Diary June

I guess I ate a bit too much chocolate for my weight to go down. Aside from this I ate some rice waffles with Cottage Cheese and in the evening mashed apples with Cous Cous and green beans.

New Day Goals: On Wednesday I plan to play an hour of outdoor tennis and join an evening hot yoga class while keeing my eating limited so I continue to get my average 7-Day weight down.
