Day 2527 | Social Water Fasting Day & Evening Show

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was the first day in quite some time that I did no sports whatsoever as I had a lot of social events planned and I also made it into a proper water fasting day not eating for 2 nights and a full day which helped with the weight loss progress as I'm now well below 69kg and doing great in that regard.

I started off with a drive a child farm somewhere close to Bruges to meet up with some friends and their kids which was plenty of fun so see them all back. I did have to leave a bit early though as I was going to see a show in Antwerp with my sister and mom that I didn't know anything about what it was but I expected as all I knew is that it was something with dance.

It turned out to be called Sutra with some shoalin monks 'dancing' with some wooden chest and a choreography for and hour and by the first minute I started with the idea that 'this can't be' because how stupid it was. This pretty much continues to the whole show and turned into 'this can't be' that the ones on stage stake this serious and that everyone in the theater actually paid for this and liked it. My mom and me are quite the same on this and with just a quick glance at her I started laughing (quietly) to the point where my belly started to hurt which is one of those things that just doesn't happen very often and I'm always grateful for.

Once the show ended there was a standing ovasion for 3 full minutes which just blew my mind as I was glad that it was over with. So yeah a very strange experience but certainly memorable and a reminder how different I am from most people even though the ones that don't like things like this like me and my mom likely will never end up there.

Afterward when back at my parents place I drove to my appartment and went to bed.

Thanks, I'm really in a good flow and and trying to avoid the mistkes made in the past to keep it up. Counting the 7-Day average weight if anything really works motivating.
