Day 2517 | Tennis & Hot Yoga

I'm back in a mode where I'm quite active and have no real temptation toward bad food which is a great thing. The addition of measuring my average weight over 7 days so far works very motivating. I started out with a hour of 1-on-1 tennis which was fun followed by watching the roland garros tennis matches that were on and a 18:15 hot yoga class of 90 Minutes. This while I spend some time in my kitchen making Hummus with with carrot in it eating that with some Mais Crackers. Once back from the yoga I also ate some Watermelon. I also watched the entire Djokovic Match but did not go for a late walk as it was done quite late. So I only did 6674 steps on the

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 71.0 / 72 / 71.7 / 71.8 / 70.8 / 70.7 / 70.5 (498.5 / 7 = 71.21 kg)

New Day Goals: I'm not 100% sure yet but the plan for Thursday is to make it another family day first going for a swim followed by watching the tennis and going for a dog walk.
