Day 2507 | Moring Yoga, Football & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was my 6th hot yoga class in 7 days and I'm starting to actually enjoy the morning classes which also fix my otherwise staying in bed problem. The idea is to once again join the morning class on monday and keep going. The first week was all about showing up and getting into the routine which had me laying down a bit near the middle of the class even though I easily could have kept going. Week 2 will be about doing everything and week 3 I plan to push myself a bit more.

When I got back to my appartment I had some productivity first going through the upcoming football maches and I took it slow in the afternoon watching some tennis and F1 while laying in my couch. Once the 3 football matches started all at the same time with the title conclusion I focused on them and did quite good ending the season on a high even though there is 1 more match to be played.

I ended up going for an evening walk which got my steps on the day to over 15000 and I ended up watching the new Doctor Who episode which once again dissapointed.

The idea was to only eat 1 portion of the Green Vegetable lasagna that I made on Saturday but I also went out for some chocolate and ate some rice wafles.
