Day 2479 | New Week 100k Steps Goal

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Most of my focus on Sunday was on the 3 Football matches while I failed to eat healthy and had a set back in focus on the health and fitness goals as other things still get priority. I saw a youtube video that stated things that I related to a lot (See Below).

Everybody says that there is no guidebook to life and that's not true, all you have to do is talk to every old people ever. Pretty much all say the same thing. "As long as you have your health" All say it, Like everybody in every language everywhere. And What do we do, spend the first half of our lives making sure that's it an uphill climb the whole way. My big takeaway is that anyone who quits anything and makes their full time job their health, I think they are winning. I think they are smarter than the rst of us

Anyway, I realise this very much and am trying to make health my "full time job" but somehow it's just so easy to revery back to old bad habits.

This said, the goal I put out for myself this new week is to focus on food while doing a total of 100k steps with an eye to join back hot yoga classes in April. I shoudl be able to do a long walk on Monday and have dog walks on Tuesday and Wednesday to already get a large part of the steps in.
